The Courage Formula
Do the next valuable thing while fear is still present.
Ask about personal leadership mentoringPrivate self-leadership mentoring
David Good teaches practical self-leadership for adults who have ability, resources and potential, but are stuck, isolated, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the next step.
This is private mentoring for families, founders and executives who want a trusted guide to help a capable adult build courage, connection, structure and real-world momentum without shame.
Built from David's real-world work leading thousands of events, developing community leaders and creating International Friend Connection for people who needed a safer room to walk into.

David's framework comes from years of helping professionals practice courage, connection and belonging in real life.
The core method
Act. Learn. Connect. Choose. Four practical skills for adults who need more than advice. They need a way to take action, learn from experience, build trust with people and choose what is good for them.

Some professionals do not need more lectures, pressure, or generic advice. They need a trusted mentor who can help them take the next small step, review what happened, practice connection and make healthier choices.
For families who are worried about an adult child who is intelligent and sensitive, but isolated, avoidant, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.
For leaders who want a capable young adult, heir, junior executive, or emerging leader to build courage, judgment, communication and real-world maturity.
For adults who voluntarily want support, structure, practice and a framework for doing difficult things.
How the mentoring works
The first four weeks teach the core self-leadership skills. The next four weeks help the client practice those skills in real life with review, adjustment, support and the next small step forward.
Act when fear shows up. Learn from experience. Connect with people. Choose what is good for you.
The client applies the framework between sessions, then reviews what happened and adjusts the next step.
The work is personal, direct and grounded in real situations instead of abstract advice.
The goal is not to fix someone. The goal is to help a capable adult build courage, momentum, connection and wiser choices.
Clear boundaries
This is practical mentoring, not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, crisis support, or emergency response. It can work alongside therapy, family support, coaching, or professional care when the roles are clear.
That boundary protects everyone. It keeps the work honest, practical and focused on real-world self-leadership.
Private inquiry
Tell David who you are hoping to support, what has already been tried and what a good next step would look like. If the fit is right, the next conversation can explore whether private self-leadership mentoring makes sense.
